I'm a Live Painter. I can be hired to paint live for art events, music concerts, church services (including painting during the music and/or painting during the speaking), and other special events (birthdays, weddings, fundraisers, banquets, parties, classes, etc).
Why hire a live painter? There is something really fun and powerful that takes place when creativity is partnered with other mediums, collaborators, experiences and purposes in a public setting. Whether it's a large event or a small event. Whether it's an event specifically for the arts or an event featuring other performers, musicians, speakers. Whether it's an event highlighted to raise awareness or feature someone or something specific. Or whether it's an event meant for personal contemplation or corporate interaction. Whatever the point and purpose of the event, having a live painter can help to add that extra kinetic factor for all those involved.
As a live painter, I see it as an honor to partner in this very unique way of creative expression and collaboration. I work hard to design and paint something very specific to the event I'm being hired for.
