old paintings revisited revelatorart style
lately i've been having fun with some of my painting techniques in the VineArts Studio during Open Studio hours. it's been an educational experience for me to look at art books and try to recreate paintings from other artists, but in my own style. this is a common practice of artists...to copy from the Masters and from each other in order to learn and grow in our artistic talents and skills. the following paintings are some that i have recently completed.
